A. Purpose

  • Providing opportunities to share the recognition on path education that enriches students' dream and passion, as well as supporting designing of paths
  • Establishing the basis for activating schools' path education
  • Sharing the achievements of path education and generalizing excellent practices
3-1-1 Operation of consumer-customized Path Counselling Room
  • When: April ~ December
  • For whom: Students and parents of elementary and middle schools
  • Counselling Support Unit: Comprising path counsellor teachers, learning clinic experts, etc.
  • What
    • Individual application by students and parents through the Path Counselling Room website
    • Matching an applicant to a counsellor칭
    • Providing counselling environments and performance management
    • Counselling to find path aptitude and interests; consulting on self-led learning ability
3-1-2 Supporting establishment of schools' (middle and high) Path Activities Room
  • When: March ~ December
  • For whom: 10 middle and high schools
  • What
    • Select schools by reviewing schools' application documents and on-site investigation
    • Support those schools with the space [1.5 or 1 classroom area] for the Path Activities Room already secured
3-1-3 Path Education cases research presentation
  • When: March ~ December
  • For whom: Teachers of elementary and middle schools and education officials
  • What: Path Education-related two divisions
    • Individual division (1, relating to Path Education-concentrated school year·semester system, path program, and/or path club)
    • School education course operation division (4~10, relating to Path Education-concentrated school year·semester system, path program, and/or path club)
3-1-4 Operation of class study meeting of Path Consulting Teachers
  • When: March ~ December
  • For whom: One team of middle and high school path consulting teachers (10~15 teachers)
  • What
    • Finding and spreading the cases of operating Path Education-concentrated school year·semester system
    • Supporting the study meeting on such cases as Path Education by school level, Path Education linked to classes and creative experience activities, and collaboration among school's operation bodies.
3-1-5 Operation of Gwangju Path Education Discussion Council
  • When: March ~ December
  • For whom: Up to 15 committee members including one chairman and one vice chairman.
  • What
    • Organizing Path Education Discussion Council according to Article 17 (Regional Path Education Discussion Council) of the Path Education Act
    • Organizing Path Education network to take advices and supports for path education
3-1-6 Operation of Path Support Unit Concentration School
  • When: March ~ December
  • For whom: One middle and one high school among the base area
  • What
    • Self-training on capability enhancement for middle and high schools' path consulting teachers
    • Providing schools' path education supporting projects and on-site application
3-1-7 Maintenance and functional improvement of studio video broadcasting equipment
  • When: All the year round
  • For whom: Broadcasting equipment for studio, coordination room, editing room, recording room, etc.
  • What
    • Maintenance of studio video equipment
    • Improving the function of SW for broadcasting equipment
3-1-8 Supporing the preparation of media material relating to education activities
  • When: All the year round
  • For whom: Schools and organizations
  • What
    • Preparation and service of school supervision and learning promotion material
    • Preparation of photo material DB
    • Preparation of videos such as mentoring for proceeding to higher level schools (briefing session for school entry), etc.
